The Intervention

Finding Inspiration in Every Turn

Verenta is the Integrated Architect balancing the critical precision of the cyclical framework of intervention with human-centric advocacy where fidelity, accountability, and compliance is the foundation for high-quality and effective intervention to move the education model from reactive to proactive. Verenta designs solutions that:

  • Focuses on the Learner: Education must prioritize the needs, experiences, and abilities of the Learner.

  • Roles the Educator as advocates, partners, and change agents.

  • Is Holistic and Equitable: Education is progressive, equitable, and holistic. Partnerships with educators are meant to enhance learning and support holistic development.

  • Empowers: The mission is to "inspire competency, confidence, and courage in the autonomy and capacity of Educators and Learners". Learning should empower learners to independently seek knowledge.

  • Values Neurodiversity: Neurodiversity is treated as a guide, not a final label, with the principle that "Neurodiversity is not a Special Education label" and "Labels are guides not manuals".

Verenta Education is structured as an all-in-one case manager and instructional coach through its core services, streamlined operational technology, and data-driven approach, summarized below:

1. The Case Manager & Operational Support

Verenta functions as the organizational and administrative backbone for homeschool parents, managing the resources, compliance, and logistics of their child’s education.

  • Integrated Case Management: The core service is Case Management (CM), an annual subscription that provides individualized and ongoing dedicated advocacy, coordination of services, community resources, and special education supports. This consolidates multiple roles (advocate, referral service, coordinator) into one package.

  • Digital Record Keeping: Verenta uses a Google Workspace Vault to provide the family with a secure, encrypted, and collaborative digital binder experience. This eliminates the need for parents to manage loose client files or create their own secure portals for records, raw data, and communication.

  • Financial Predictability: The use of Pre-Paid Fixed Tiers (Quarterly, Semester, and Annual subscriptions) removes the "billable hour anxiety" associated with traditional advocates, allowing parents to know their exact financial commitment upfront.

  • Commitment and Convenience: The model commits to a maximum 48-hour response turnaround for all direct requests or inquiries, ensuring timely support.

2. The Instructional Coach (Diagnostic Roadmap & Curriculum Expert)

Verenta provides the instructional expertise and data clarity that the parent, acting as the educator, often lacks, fulfilling the role of an instructional coach.

  • The Diagnostic Roadmap: This service provides data clarity through a clinical, data-driven diagnostic instruction map without relying on generic public school labels.

    • Independent psychologists conduct Advanced Cross-Battery Assessments using licensed tools (like Pearson Q-Global and WPS) to reveal exactly how a student processes information, handles memory tasks, and organizes focus.

  • Curriculum Alignment and Planning: Specialists actively help parents align the student's unique learning profile to the most effective curriculum and instructional strategies.

    • Services include Curriculum Adaptation & Support Plan, Academic & Behavior Intervention Plans, and 3rd-Party Progress Monitoring.

  • Access to Materials and Expertise: Verenta offers access to copyrighted materials intended for sale, such as Executive Functioning Materials, Instructional Materials, Unit & Lesson Plans, and Educator Manuals & Professional Development Materials.

  • Foundational Framework: The entire intervention is based on the Cyclical Evaluative Framework (Design, Implementation, Assessment, Reflection), ensuring that the homeschool curriculum is continually revised and optimized based on empirical data.

The Cyclical Evaluative Framework

Verenta utilizes a scientific methodology to ensure all interventions are evidence-based and results-driven. This cycle consists of four continuous stages:

  1. Design & Plan (Hypothesize): Identifying specific needs and developing a targeted strategy based on background research.

  2. Implementation & Data Collection (Test): Executing the plan while gathering empirical data to monitor performance.

  3. Assessment & Analysis (Evaluate): Analyzing the collected data to measure the efficacy and fidelity of the intervention.

  4. Critical Reflection & Revision (Iterate): Reflecting on outcomes to revise the system for continuous improvement.
